Job Description

Ready to make quality your mission? If you enjoy validating processes, testing products, and keeping calibration on point, this role puts you at the center of ISCO's quality ecosystem. You'll help ensure every part meets spec—start to finish—while supporting documentation and employee training. How you'll contribute Work closely with ISCO leadership and teams to implement and validate company quality processes and procedures. Run tests on products requested by internal stakeholders and customers. Assist with maintaining M&TE calibration records and status. Verify supplied product and conduct finished product testing; keep documentation accurate and complete. Pitch in with additional tasks as assigned. What you need High school diploma or GED. Trade qualification or equivalent knowledge, education, and experience. Comfort using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for business tasks. Ability to understand and operate basic product testing equipment. Skills that set you up for success Read and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Draft clear reports and business correspondence. Present information and field questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Handle calculations:
discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Apply foundational algebra and geometry. Troubleshoot with practical problem-solving. Interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions. Physical requirements Occasional climbing/balancing; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Frequent standing and walking; regular sitting; frequent use of hands to finger, handle, or feel. Lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently.
Vision:
close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Where you'll work Frequent proximity to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions. Occasional exposure to wet/humid conditions, non-weather extreme cold/heat, electrical shock risk, and vibration. Noise levels range from moderate to loud.
