RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Inspect production 100% at resistance, hi-pot, width, length, as the product specification (the design) is required.

• Log in and Log Out the Order in the MC.
• Review the production schedule at MC and work by shipping day.
• Return Orders when they are not physically at Inspection areas.
• on teams when is necessary do the Remakes.
• on teams when the Order has a quality problem to notify the designer or engineer of each department.
• Send complete line items to shipping department.
• Apply 5'S methodology.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• IMS policy and objectives.
• Work Programs knowledge and practice: Think Green, 3R, Zero Accidents.
• Environmental Impacts per Area, management of waste generated in the area.
• Reduce waste generation of paper, cardboard, plastic.
• Reuse and recycle scrap of steel, stainless steel, power leads, conduit, braids.
• Take safety measurements to prevent any accident in the area.
• Awareness on reduction of water and electricity.
• Emergency Evacuation Plan knowledge and practice.
