In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards by conducting thorough inspections and analysis throughout the production process. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with industry regulations such as AWS D1.1, AISC, and ISO 9001, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality products in a fast-paced steel ligt pole manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, UT, MT to verify product dimensions and specifications. Conduct comprehensive quality audits in accordance with AISC and
ISO 9001
to ensure compliance across manufacturing processes. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes. Support quality assurance activities by identifying non-conformances, initiating corrective actions, and verifying their effectiveness. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address recurring quality issues. Assist with calibration and maintenance of measurement tools and inspection equipment to uphold measurement accuracy. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management systems aimed at continuous process improvement. Skills Proficiency in weld inspection, to include; VT, MT, and UT Strong understanding of industry standards including: AWS D1.1, AISC, and
ISO 9001.
Excellent analysis skills for interpreting inspection data and identifying trends or deviations. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions within a regulated environment. Familiarity with quality management software and data collection tools for tracking inspection results. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments confidently and accurately. Strong attention to detail combined with effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly. Join us in ensuring the highest standards of product quality!
