Responsibilities include but not limited to: Quality Control inspector will electronic components and materials for defects or deviations from specifications. Read blueprints and specifications Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards recommend adjustments to the assembly/production process. Inspect, test or measure electronic components or products being produced. Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers. Accept or reject finished items. Analyze test results, identify defects or deviations from standards, and recommend corrective actions Remove all Products and materials that fail to meet specifications. discuss inspection results with those responisble for products. Report inspection and test data Maintain records as required. Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders Follow established quality assurance (QA/QC) procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards Required qualifications for
Quality Control Inspector:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates degree in Electronics or other technical discipline preffered
Job Experience:
2-4 previous quality assurance experience in the electronics or power industry or equivalent is required.
Technical/Professional Skills:
Poduction and processing Knowledge of raw materials Poduction process Quality Control Analysis Conduct test and inspections of products, services, or processes.
General Skills:
Effective communications skills, written and oral to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams problem solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately Familiarity with fabricating processes and quality inspection techniques Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmen #APP1
