Job Description

Your mission Build high-quality parts by mastering our fabrication equipment and owning the process from setup to finish. If precision, reliability, and teamwork drive you, you'll thrive here. How you'll contribute Own machine readiness: set up tooling and fixtures, load materials, and program parts for efficient, accurate runs.
Assure quality:
read blueprints, perform in-process checks, and adjust parameters to maintain specifications.
Finish with care:
complete drilling, tapping, and deburring so components are production-ready.
Protect uptime:
carry out preventive maintenance and make light repairs as needed.
Keep materials flowing:
organize, identify, and verify counts in partnership with Purchasing and Shipping.
Elevate the environment:
keep your area clean and jump into other tasks assigned by Supervision. What you need to bring Clear communication in English, with the ability to speak, read, write, and understand work instructions. Physical readiness to reach and grasp; lift up to 75 lbs; and push/pull/slide heavy materials. Reliable hand-arm coordination for safe, precise handling of parts and tools. Comfort working in positions that require stooping, bending, and squatting. Solid mechanical aptitude plus confidence with computers; motivated to operate industrial machinery. Legal requirement Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred to have High school diploma or comparable experience. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Experience as a foreman or warehouse trainer.
