Quality Assurance Associate Compensation:

$20 - $21 /hour, depending on experience

Irving, Texas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Quality Assurance Associate to join their team! Join a dynamic team in Irving, TX, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting loss mitigation underwriters. This opportunity offers you the chance to ensure quality assurance and manage document imaging, with a strong potential for contract extension based on workload. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Conduct quality control reviews of loss mitigation files Ensure documentation completeness and accuracy Scan, index, and upload borrower correspondence Monitor trial payment plans for compliance Work MSP task queues for ongoing loss mitigation Provide administrative support to Loss Mitigation team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in loss mitigation processes Proficiency with MSP systems Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Experience creating audit files/packages Ability to review exception reports for quality control
