Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. Hours are from 7:00am to 3:45pm Monday - Friday. In this vital role, you will ensure that all plastic products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your keen eye for detail and expertise in quality systems will help maintain our reputation for excellence. You will perform inspections, analyze data, and collaborate with production teams to uphold rigorous quality assurance protocols, supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced measurement tools including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy against specifications. Perform quality audits in accordance with
ISO 13485, ISO
9001, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes. Identify non-conformances through visual inspection systems and manual testing; initiate corrective actions as needed. Support manufacturing teams by providing feedback on process improvements to enhance overall quality management systems. Participate in internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to
HACCP, ISO
standards, and company policies. Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in Plastic Manufacturing. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) including ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485
standards. Hands-on experience operating precision measurement instruments like calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and CMMs. Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP practices, HACCP principles, and related compliance requirements. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify root causes of quality issues. Prior involvement in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions to improve product integrity. Join us in ensuring the highest standards of quality across every product we deliver!
