In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet strict quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your technical expertise, will help maintain the integrity of our products and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes and ensure customer satisfaction through rigorous quality inspection and assurance. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, FARO Arm, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced quality systems including AS9100 standards to evaluate product conformity and identify deviations. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and continuous improvement initiatives. Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other precision tools to assess dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly, recommending corrective actions aligned with quality management systems. Qualifications Preferred experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100 is a plus. Proficiency in operating precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, FARO Arm, and vision inspection systems. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify root causes of quality issues. Familiarity with quality management tools such as QA/QC procedures, audits, and corrective action processes is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration across teams.
