Senior Construction Materials Field Technician

We are hiring experienced Materials Testing Technicians / Inspectors for a large data center project near Haskell, Texas. This is a high-responsibility, camp-based role suited for individuals with strong field experience and certifications. Living Conditions (Fully Provided)

• On-site housing (base camp)

• No commuting required What You'll Do
• Perform and oversee field and lab testing of construction materials (concrete, soils, aggregates)
• Conduct density testing, sampling, and advanced field evaluations
• Interpret results and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Interface directly with contractors, engineers, and client representatives
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in real time
• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed Requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Strong field experience in construction materials testing and inspection
• Ability to work extended hours and live on-site during rotation Certifications (Preferred / Strongly Valued)
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Grade I (required for most roles)
• Nuclear Density Gauge (NDG) certification
• ICC Soils Special Inspector
• ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector What We Offer
