) Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Cut Thread Operators to join our manufacturing team on both: 1st

Shift:

7:00am to 3:30pm $17•19 Depending on Experience. 2nd shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm $17•19 Depending on Experience. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating machinery that creates precise threads on various metal components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Your expertise will help us deliver durable, reliable products to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Operate cutting and threading machinery with precision to produce high-quality threaded components in accordance with blueprints and specifications Set up and adjust equipment such as CNC lathes, milling machines, or manual threading tools to achieve desired thread dimensions and finishes Perform routine inspections of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure specifications are met Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to confirm proper threading requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols including crane operation and proper handling of sheet metal and tooling Conduct quality inspections throughout the process to identify defects or deviations from standards, making adjustments as needed Collaborate with team members on fabrication tasks involving welding, plasma cutting, CNC programming, or other machining processes Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or stamping presses Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings with GD&T principles Ability to use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments accurately Familiarity with manufacturing processes including fabrication, tooling setup, assembly, and quality inspection Knowledge of safety procedures related to crane operation, sheet metal handling, welding, and machining equipment Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during setup and inspection tasks Experience working with CNC programming or CNC laser cutting is highly desirable Join us today to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing excellence!
