Polyurethane Blending QC Technician Forward Enterprises - 4.0 Houston, TX Job Details Temp-to-hire | Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Computer operation Laboratory instruments Quality control product testing English High school diploma or GED Analysis skills Computer hardware Full Job Description Reports to the Director of Operations Manager in maintaining up-to-date finished product manufacturing specifications, along with quality control product test procedures. Works with process, quality control, production, maintenance personnel to support plant daily operation. Access and knowledge of all specifications and product formulations and designs. Responsible for use of personal computer equipment, office hardware, and certain lab equipment. Knows product and raw material test methods. Knows the necessary product physical property requirements so product specifications can be developed and implemented at the plant level. Has analytical chemistry knowledge. Makes logical decisions concerning the analysis of data to propose changes in the operation of the process or changes to product formulations. Communication and analytical skills. Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on knowledge of the process and products being manufactured. Lab test and data evaluation skills. Computer skills. Ability to perform college level math. Plans work schedule, establishes goals and priorities, and completes tasks in a timely manner. Thinks through an issue and develops solutions.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
