Job Summary Our client is seeking a Quality Document Control Coordinator to support quality systems, compliance, and document management within a manufacturing environment. The role involves maintaining quality documentation, assisting with audits and ISO requirements, and supporting reporting and customer compliance needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Description Monitoring and inspection:
conducting regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance Training and development: develop and implement quality training programs for staff to ensure understanding and compliance with quality procedures as they are written, approved, and training can begin Data analysis: Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement within the quality process
Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including inspection results, non-conformances, and warranty reports External processes: Maintaining customer documentation portals. Support and maintain State Certifications. Support in providing documentation as customers request Skills Required Digital world: Must possess the ability to adjust and adapt to a changing factory landscape as we move into a digital phase of our business Must have knowledge of ISO standardization Proven work experience as a Quality Coordinator or similar role, with a strong understanding of quality control methodologies and best practice skillset Analytical skills: Must have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed recommendations and decisions Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey quality standards and procedures Attention to detail: a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues Computer aptitude: Must have a strong skillset of Microsoft programs. (Excel, Word, Visio, and others) Education/Training/Certifications High School Degree or Equivalent Additional Requirements Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check Pay Rate/Salary $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
