Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementador/Calidad
IMPORT-EXPORT
to join our team and drive excellence in our import and export quality processes. This role is vital in ensuring that all international shipments meet rigorous quality standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and adhere to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality management, possess strong analysis skills, and be committed to continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Join us to contribute to the seamless flow of global trade while upholding the highest standards of quality assurance. Duties Implement and maintain quality systems aligned with
CTPAT, ISO
9001 and other relevant standards for import-export operations Conduct comprehensive quality audits and inspections on imported and exported products to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards Develop, review, and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and compliance reports for international shipments Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate quality assurance measures into the import-export process, ensuring product integrity and safety Leads meetings with operations managers to explain incidents and solutions Excel reports about operations Dynamic tables about operations Monitor adherence to customs regulations and export/import documentation requirements to prevent delays or compliance violations Support project management initiatives aimed at optimizing quality systems and streamlining import-export workflows Qualifications Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing or import-export sectors, with a strong understanding of international standards such as
CTPAT, ISO
9001, Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits, inspections, and analysis with attention to detail Knowledge of regulatory compliance procedures related to import-export activities across different markets Strong analytical skills combined with problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies used in manufacturing environments Project management experience is a plus; ability to handle multiple priorities effectively Join us in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality as we expand our global reach. Pay:
$18.00 - $28.77 per hour
