Job Description

Now Hiring Quality CMM Programmer Manor, TX Pay Rate:
$25.00 per hour
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6 AM-2:30 PM Every Shift, Every Part, Done Right Join the team as a Quality CMM Programmer in Manor and make sure the line runs clean and steady. You'll inspect, test, and approve every part that keeps production rolling strong. What You Bring to the Line High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or technical training preferred ASQ Certification preferred 10+ years in manufacturing or production environments 5+ years of full-time CMM programming experience required Experience with Mitutoyo and/or Zeiss CMM systems preferred Strong knowledge of machining standards, coatings, sheet metal, and precision measuring tools Advanced math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with PPE required
What You'll Do:
Develop, edit, and maintain CMM programs for complex parts, assemblies, and enclosures Interpret GD&T, blueprints, CAD models, specifications, and manufacturing documents Perform First Article, incoming, in-process, and final inspections Analyze measurement data and generate SPC, CPK, and quality reports Compare solid models to blueprints and drive corrective actions when discrepancies arise Support New Product Introduction (NPI), tooling validation, and inspection readiness Assist quality inspectors with program execution and training Conduct internal audits and source inspections as needed Support reverse engineering projects using electronic measurement data
