Test Technician I Location Manor, TX Pay Rate:

00 per hour + 10% shift differential

Shift:

(1st Shift | 6 AM

• 2:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 2:30 PM
• 11:00 PM) (Weekends | Friday
• Monday | 6 AM

The day begins. You step in with purpose. Here's what it takes to succeed with us. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-4 years of experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or etch testing environments Basic knowledge of vacuum systems, pneumatics, and leak testing Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and basic computer skills

Work Environment & Requirements:

Cleanroom and manufacturing environment with required PPE Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Flexible to work 2nd shift, weekends, and overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Perform wafer testing and inspection following etch processes Monitor etch process performance and verify results meet specifications Operate and maintain etch and metrology equipment Measure critical dimensions, film thickness, and surface quality Identify defects, abnormalities, and process deviations Troubleshoot issues and support corrective actions Record and analyze test data and results Follow cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes Why This Role?
