In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your expertise in quality inspection, data collection, and analysis will drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes while working with advanced measurement tools and quality management systems. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Utilize calibration tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure measurement accuracy and consistency across production batches. Perform quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, and other applicable standards to identify areas for improvement. Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, process deviations, and inspection results to support root cause analysis. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions aligned with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols. Assist in maintaining compliance with quality systems such as QA/QC programs, ISO 9001 standards, and FDA regulations through regular reviews and updates. Support the development and refinement of quality management procedures to enhance overall product integrity and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of calibration techniques and the use of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and CMMs. Familiarity with industry standards such as
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, CGMP, HACCP, and related quality systems. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues promptly. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions effectively. Proficiency in using analysis tools and software related to quality management processes. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
