A day in the life at our McKinney facility Your 7 PM start means you jump right into the action. You begin by syncing with operations to confirm process controls are set to standard. Throughout the night, you move between machines and finished goods, performing precise inspections and troubleshooting quality issues in real time. Each hour, you log clear, accurate quality reports. You verify product dimensions and check material usage with an eye toward reducing scrap and optimizing cost. When something isn't right, you identify non-conforming product quickly and prevent it from moving forward. You keep production goals in view while championing safe work practices and OSHA compliance. What you will do Conduct accurate, timely inspections on production equipment and finished cable products Document hourly quality checks and results Confirm critical dimensions and material consumption to support cost reduction Identify and remove non-conforming product from the workflow Collaborate with operations to maintain process controls that meet standards Troubleshoot product and process quality issues to reduce scrap and improve productivity Meet or exceed production targets while upholding quality requirements Perform other related duties as assigned Work safely and comply with OSHA regulations Work environment Non-temperature-controlled areas; frequent exposure to very hot or cold conditions Primarily an indoor industrial setting with occasional outdoor tasks Regular exposure to loud noise levels What you bring High school diploma or GED Ability to read and write in English Industrial or manufacturing experience (required) Keen attention to detail Stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Pay, benefits, and schedule Starting pay: 20 dollars per hour Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Savings Plan with company matching contributions
