Job Description

FSQA Tech Missouri City, TX Food Manufacturing Company in Missouri City, TX seeking FSQA Tech to perform all required FSQA functions properly and on time to ensure consistency in producing safe/quality products. Inspect incoming raw material, ingredients, packaging material, and pallet inspection Daily functions such as thermometer calibration inspection, scale calibration, ATP swabbing, and water calibration Verification, Preoperational/GMP monitoring Sample submission Gluten test and facility GMP audit Perform preshipment record review Perform job/GMP/Food safety training with new employees Salary range: $18-$20 Day and Evening shifts available
Experience:
1-3 years of food or beverage QA/QC experience in the USDA and/or FDS-regulated Prior experience Manufacturing facility Math skills Proficient computer skills Certification
