Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. If you have a strong background in quality control and assurance, along with excellent attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
  • Perform quality audits to identify any non-conformances or deviations from established standards
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges to verify product dimensions
  • Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor and maintain quality systems, including documentation and record-keeping
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
  • Conduct tests to ensure product integrity and performance
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS)
  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformances
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions
