Job Description

FieldBridge Energy seeks a Odessa, TX based Quality Specialist to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay + Benefits.

Pay Rate:
$20/hr + $3 shift differential. 11 ON / 3 OFF 3PM - 3AM. Great opportunity for OT. Working 84 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,252 weekly. Are you detail-obsessed with ESP experience and ready to play a critical role in keeping oilfield equipment running reliably? Join our team in Odessa as a Quality Specialist on our night shift. Your inspections directly impact product quality and customer success in the Permian Basin.
What You'll Do:
Perform detailed inspections of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) components and assemblies Identify defects, approve or reject parts, and document findings accurately Help identify and prevent recurring quality issues Maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What You Bring:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on ESP experience (required) Strong attention to detail and quality mindset Ability to read measurements, complete inspection reports, and troubleshoot basic issues Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, work in hot conditions) "VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
