ESP Quality Specialist

Pay Rate:

$20/hr + $3 shift differential. 11 ON / 3 OFF 3PM - 3AM. Great opportunity for OT. Working 84 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,252 weekly. Your inspections directly impact product quality and customer success in the Permian Basin.

What You'll Do:

Perform detailed inspections of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) components and assemblies Identify defects, approve or reject parts, and document findings accurately Help identify and prevent recurring quality issues Maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What You Bring:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on ESP experience (required) Strong attention to detail and quality mindset Ability to read measurements, complete inspection reports, and troubleshoot basic issues Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, work in hot conditions) "VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
