Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pipe Profiler Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately profiling and preparing pipes for assembly, ensuring precision and quality throughout the production process. Your expertise will help streamline operations, maintain safety standards, and support efficient manufacturing workflows. Responsibilities Operate pipe profiling equipment to cut, shape, and prepare pipes according to specified dimensions and tolerances Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings to ensure accurate profiling of various pipe materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist with materials handling, including loading, unloading, and storage of raw materials and finished products using forklifts or manual methods Support machining processes by setting up tools and verifying measurements for quality assurance Collaborate with team members in a lean manufacturing environment to optimize workflow efficiency Document production activities, inspection results, and any deviations from specifications for quality control purposes Skills Strong understanding of manufacturing processes with experience in pipe profiling or related machining tasks Proficiency in using forklift equipment for materials handling within a warehouse or production setting Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote continuous improvement and waste reduction Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations Laboratory experience or attention to detail in inspection processes to verify product quality Experience in packaging finished products securely for shipment or storage Ability to operate machinery safely while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols Join us as a Pipe Profiler Tech and become an integral part of a team dedicated to precision craftsmanship, safety excellence, and continuous improvement. Pay:
$25.00 - $26.00 per hour
