11 ON / 3 OFF 3PM - 3AM Perform quality inspections on ESP equipment and components Verify products meet quality standards; identify and report defects Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation Monitor ongoing quality issues and suggest process improvements Follow all company safety policies and maintain safe work practices 1+ year of ESP experience required; manufacturing/quality experience preferred Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently with good communication and time management skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments, including extreme heat and exposure to industrial hazards Role is safety-sensitive and may require drug testing
