Position Purpose:

The Bin Technician has a key role in the ECM supply chain process. The supply chain components of verifying material, placing orders, replacing material stock are the mainstay of the Bin Technician.

Duties & Responsibilities:

AXion Warehouse Material Stocker is responsible for the material flow within the supply chain as defined by the ECM initiative.

The specific duties are:

Pre-job safety hazard awareness (STAC) Check inventory and order material based on predetermined schedule Restock material according to schedule Minimize the probability of stock-outs Verify incoming zone store material for accuracy Goods receipt of inbound zone store material Expediting of zone store materials Housekeeping of assigned bin sites/zone stores Driving company vehicle to different stock locations

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess: Commitment to accuracy Computer literate Pass a Functional Assessment verifying their ability to kneel, squat, lift and carry 50lbs, climb ladders, etc. Good interpersonal skills Must have plant experience Valid Driver's License Required TWIC required
