QA/Compliance Clerk-PAS St Benedicts Home Health

The QA Clerk will be working at our corporate office in Robstown. The QA clerk will join our QA Department in ensuring our agency meets all State requirements and standards. QA clerk will learn and stay up to date on TAC Rules. Common Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Understanding of quality control processes and industry regulations. Ability to work with various teams and communicate effectively. 1. The QAPI clerk is responsible for monitoring and reviewing client charts, timesheets and attendant charts on a regular basis. 2. The QAPI clerk is also responsible for reviewing and monitoring the infection control, grievances and incident reports to see if there is any pattern or trend that the agency needs to be aware of. 3. Must establish and maintain reports of findings for future trainings. 4. Must have cooperative relationships with office staff and management. 5. Be sure that all QAPI materials are ready for QAPI committee that meets at least 2 times a year. 6. QAPI clerk will assist in the plan of corrections if needed after a License Survey or Contract audit, to ensure full understanding of the audit process.
