Full-Time, Monday - Thursday Position Summary The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured parts meet established quality standards before moving through production. This role involves hands-on inspection, accurate measurement, and proactive troubleshooting of quality concerns. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, is confident using precision tools, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect parts and components to verify they meet required specifications. Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records. Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate quality concerns to production and leadership. Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of inspection methods and measurement tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. High attention to detail and accuracy in recording measurements. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. What We Offer Consistent four-day work week (Monday-Thursday).
