Holley Performance Brands has an immediate 1st Shift Quality Technician opening at our Ogden, UT facility. Working hours are from 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime. What does Holley have to offer?

  • Education Reimbursement & more Quality Technician Job Description The ideal Quality Technician candidate will inspect, test, and monitor products and processes to ensure they meet company, industry, and legal quality and safety standards, involving detailed documentation, reporting defects, and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing environments.
If you are a Quality Technician with experience inspecting raw materials and finished goods, performing tests, maintaining records, and training staff on quality procedures, then you will be the perfect candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities Inspection & Testing :
Conduct visual and measurement checks on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
Data & Documentation :
Accurately record inspection results, document defects, and maintain quality logs.
Process Improvement :
Work with engineers and production staff to identify root causes of defects and implement solutions.
Training :
Train production line workers on quality standards and proper use of tools. Essential Skills & Qualifications Attention to
Detail :
A keen eye for identifying flaws and deviations.
Technical Skills :
Ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and understand technical specifications.
Communication :
Clear communication to report issues and train others.
Problem-Solving :
Ability to assist in resolving quality problems.
Dependable :
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
Physical :
Ability to stand for long periods. Monday-Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm with occasional overtime.
