Job Summary:
This entry-level inspection role involves performing repetitive visual and basic functional testing tasks to ensure company products comply with internal and external specifications. The individual will conduct mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies using tools like microscopes, calipers, and micrometers. Responsibilities include performing Product Complaint Investigation (PCI) activities, supporting documentation archival processes, initiating Non-Conformance reports, and assisting with CAPA activities. The role requires adherence to quality system regulations such as cGMP and occasional participation in special projects. Skills Required & Experience Require dAbility to perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections .Familiarity with inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, and micrometers .Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation .Basic written and oral communication skills for understanding instructions and team communication .Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions and engineering drawings .Knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards preferred .Manual dexterity to operate office equipment .Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs . Education Requir edCandidates must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with an associate's degree or Technical Degree preferred. Prior experience is not explicitly required, making this role suitable for entry-level candidates. Familiarity with medical device regulations and FDA standards is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate must be at least 18 years old and able to perform the physical and environmental requirements of the job, including sitting for long periods and occasional liftin g.
