Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am-4:30 pm, onsite in Monticello, MN. About the Role As a Quality Operator , you'll play a key role in supporting the quality department including inspection, the CMM Lab, and Calibration. You will be a resource for our quality team while staying aligned with our core values: Great People, Going Beyond, and Growing. What You'll Do Operate automated inspection equipment, hand tools, and instruments to inspect machined products for imperfections and ensure quality. Read and interpret blueprints and proficiently to ensure product compliance. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and test results per customer requirements. Ensure proper documentation and traceability in accordance with AS9100 and
ISO 13485
standards. Communicate effectively with team members and members of other departments. Maintain a safe working environment, upholding a proactive safety culture by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to express ideas, share information, listen actively, and demonstrate professionalism in written and verbal communications. Promotes a sense of urgency to expedite work through area. Ensure all internal and external customers receive positive service experiences. Ability to learn and comprehend blueprints. Able to make effective and timely decisions. Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
