Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Inspector and be at the forefront of ensuring the highest standards in manufacturing excellence! In this vital role, you will meticulously evaluate products and components to guarantee they meet strict quality specifications and regulatory requirements. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your expertise in quality systems, will help uphold our commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and top-quality products to our customers. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Perform detailed quality audits and assessments to identify deviations from established standards and recommend corrective actions. Collect and analyze data related to product quality metrics; prepare comprehensive reports for management review. Participate in root cause analysis sessions and contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall quality systems. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within manufacturing environments, preferably with exposure to regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical data accurately. Familiarity with quality assurance processes including audits, data collection, and documentation practices. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers confidently. Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Pay:
