Job Description
JOB TITLE
: End of Line InspectorDEPARTMENT
: Quality/Factory SupportREPORTS TO
: Quality ManagerPOSITION SUMMARY
: The End-of-Line Inspector is responsible for the final inspection and packaging of finished products to ensure quality standards are met before items are shipped. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of product components, and the ability to perform basic measurements and trimming. The inspector also performs kitting tasks, ensuring all required parts are included in each package.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
: Perform visual inspections of completed products for defects, quality issues, or missing components. Perform in-process inspections as needed to verify parts are being manufactured correctly on the production floor. Trim loose threads or material as needed to meet finished standards. Accurately measure products using a tape measure to verify proper dimensions. Conduct kitting for various products by ensuring all required components (such as pouches, leg straps, cummerbunds, etc.) are included in each package. Follow detailed checklists and product specifications to confirm completeness and compliance. Properly label, bag, and box finished products according to company packaging standards. Communicate any quality issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or appropriate team. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow all safety and quality guidelines.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing, inspection, or kitting is a plus. Ability to use and read basic measuring devices (e.g. tape measure) accurately. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Other Duties:
