Job Description
The QEHS Technician
- Packing is the most experienced technical role within Quality Packing and is responsible for managing the Incident Management process in the assigned building, while ensuring compliance with Packing Quality standards during the night shift.
Shift:
12 hour, nonrotating 2-2-3 schedule pattern. Experience Three to five years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or QEHS-related roles. Demonstrated experience performing QEHS Technician or equivalent quality and safety functions. Experience working across multifunctional teams. Education Technical certification or associate degree preferred. Technical & Professional Skills Strong working knowledge of quality systems, inspections, non-conformance management, and packing processes. Working knowledge of EHS processes, incident management, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills. Ability to analyze data, prioritize issues, and support decision-making. Proficiency in traceability tools. Strong attention to detailsTeamwork Hourly Pay Rate:
