Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tester with strong electronics troubleshooting experience to support testing, validation, and manufacturing operations. This role works cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure high-performance standards across power systems and electronic assemblies.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Test and troubleshoot Static Switches, UPS systems, RPPs, and PDUs + Diagnose issues across low and high power systems, including 600V-208V 3-phase applications + Perform advanced board-level troubleshooting and electronics testing + Set up, operate, and maintain electronic test equipment (power meters, oscilloscopes, etc.
) + Support PCBA programming and validation activities + Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, ECNs, and technical documentation + Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Process teams to resolve defects + Partner with Production to address manufacturing and performance issues + Report discrepancies in drawings, schematics, or processes + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized 6S-compliant work environment + Participate in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, RCA) + Contribute to cross-functional teams and continuous process improvements + Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping leadership informed + Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • + Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience + 3-5 years of experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting + Experience with high power 3-phase systems preferred + 2+ years in a manufacturing or test lab environment preferred + Strong understanding of electrical/electronic principles and technology + Proficiency using test equipment and diagnostic tools + Ability to construct, modify, and maintain test setups •Skills & Competencies•+ Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills + Ability to troubleshoot down to the board/component level + Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, and related systems + Experience with harnessing and wiring required + Knowledge of voltage, current, transformer, and power calculations + Highly organized with strong attention to detail + Effective communication skills (written and verbal) + Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills + Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles •
Pay Details:
  • $27.
