ROLE PURPOSE
To perform a variety of quality control procedures to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensures Quality Assurance specifications are met by vendors of components and finished goods Performs Acceptable Quality Level (A.Q.L.) inspections and performs sampling on all products received in the Distribution Center to ensure conformance to New Chapter, Inc. specifications and assist with investigations on any non-conformity found Conducts line clearance inspection and A.Q.L inspections in Production Maintains paperwork and a daily log on incoming inspections and input inspections Assists with investigations and documentation within EQMS system all relevant quality documentation (deviations, investigations, CAPA, etc.) Collects and retains samples from each lot of products after regular A.Q.L. Inspections and maintains relevant quality logs Reviews and determines disposition of NCI batch records and packaged products

CREDENTIALS
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years Quality experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP Systems, such as Business Central Experience with Electronic Quality Management Systems (EQMS) preferred, but not required Experience in the personal care and/or nutritional industries preferred.

  • Thursday, 6:00am
  • 4:30pm. The target pay range for this role is $20.00
  • $22.
00 per hour. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
