Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beer/Wine Tender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our bar, providing expert knowledge and exceptional service to our guests. Your enthusiasm for craft beverages, combined with your strong sales skills and food industry experience, will help create memorable experiences for our patrons. Responsibilities Serve beer, wine, and other beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring accurate pouring and presentation Assist guests in selecting beverages by providing detailed descriptions and pairing suggestions based on their preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments accurately Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills during busy service periods Follow all food safety and food handling protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Experience Proven experience as a bartender or beverage server in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment Knowledge of beer styles and wine varieties Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Experience working in fine dining establishments or banquet settings is highly desirable Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and drink measurements accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry Join us if you're passionate about craft beverages, thrive in lively settings like nightclubs or banquet halls, and excel at creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service!
