Job Description

At Algas-SDI, we build what s next-Together. Algas-SDI designs and manufactures innovative propane vaporization and energy solutions used around the world. For more than 90 years, we ve built a reputation for quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QMS Coordinator to help keep our Quality Management System operating effectively across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, follow-through, communication, and maintaining momentum across multiple quality initiatives. You ll serve as a key connection point between the Quality Council, Process Owners, and Leadership teams to help ensure our QMS remains organized, audit-ready, and continuously improving. πŸ”§ What you ll do Coordinate Quality Council meetings, agendas, meeting notes, and action item tracking Facilitate Quality Trends meetings and track open issues through resolution Maintain corrective action tracking systems and provide status updates to leadership Support internal and external audit activities and track findings to closure Manage document control activities including revisions, approvals, and version control Coordinate inspection processes and assist with non-conforming material disposition Support quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting processes Prepare materials and documentation for management reviews Maintain training records and compliance documentation Partner cross-functionally to support
