The Food Production/Bakery role is a high-energy, motivated, detail-oriented, quality-focused team player, ready to join a fantastic group of dedicated people who thrive on delivering excellent quality baked goods to Spokane and beyond! Food Production/Bakery responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparation of ready-to-eat sandwiches & burritos Scratch baking cookies, scones, breads, etc. Packaging finished product Daily cleaning/sanitizing of production equipment Regular facilities cleaning & maintenance Following recipes and presentation specifications Maintaining a clean and organized workstation Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
