We're expanding our onsite Continuous Improvement team and are looking for a proactive, detailed and analytical human who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to help people see the world more clearly. What You'll Do Assist departments in maintaining and improving the quality of work produced in the Lab. Participate in internal audits and support external audit readiness. Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support the efforts of the teams to conduct root cause analysis to find and correct issues related to quality. Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Recommend updates to procedures and work instructions based on findings and best practices. Work closely with all departments to resolve quality issues. Support change control activities by reviewing quality impact and ensuring proper documentation. Support customer complaint investigations and ensure timely documentation and resolution. Green Bay, WI Days & Hours:
