2p.m. to 12a.m. Monday through Thursday Online Inspector Job Summary The On-Line Inspector monitors the screen printing process to quickly identify defective product and incorrect process parameters, alerting the operators, trainers and/or team leader to resolve the problem. This position will play a key role in ensuring product meets or exceeds customer expectations

Online Inspector Duties & Responsibilities:

Reviews parts at set-up to ensure proper dimensions and parts match customer approved print. Checks fit and registration to the template on colors Confirms process settings are correct per work order routing. Reads and understands job routings /quality plans. Verifies density and gloss charts are completed accurate. Audits jobs in Screening for defects during the printing process to alert the team leader of possible order shortage due to issues. Continuously monitors product to ensure it meets internal and external customer quality requirements. Audits the jobs during the printing process, communicates any defects found to the operator and alerts the team leader and/or assistant team leader. We are excited about you if you have: High school diploma or equivalent Experience working in a manufacturing or production setting Ability to understand work order routing, instructions and essential forms Ability to work proficiently with computers. Ability to learn new computer software. Ability to read and comprehend job orders and blueprints that provide specific details and instructions. Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to work independently without continued support from others.

Physical Demands :

Ability to continuously stand or walk, occasionally sit. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. to shoulder height, up to 20 lbs. above shoulders, and team lift up to 80 lbs. Ability to occasionally push or pull up to 100 lbs. Ability to continuously reach overhead, in front of body, or below waist. Ability to have simultaneous use of hand, wrist, and fingers. Requires 20/20 corrected vision. Requires color vision acuity.

Work Environment:

Continuous exposure to moderate-loud noise, chemicals, fumes and moving objects. Occasional exposure to heat. May work at varying heights. Rare exposure to outside weather conditions, the risk of chemical shock, slippery surfaces, extreme heat, or sudden temperature changes. Requires the use of personal protective equipment.
