Job Description

Position:

Lead Quality Technician Wage:

$25.00/hour

Shift:

1st Shift Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm; overtime as scheduled

Lead Quality Technician Responsibilities:

Team lead for day-to-day quality assurance inspections. Collaborate with customer engineering and production teams to design and build prototype assemblies and wire harness solutions. Quality assurance initiatives and uphold

ISO 9001

compliance. Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure product quality. Analyze and resolve quality issues. Provide support to other departments as needed. Maintain documentation related to quality processes and compliance standards. Provide technical support and training to staff to reinforce quality standards. Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures.

Lead Quality Technician Requirements:

Great career opportunity for "goal minded" individual with the desire to learn our industry, grow, and develop with the company CAD and PPAP experience a plus. Quality assurance knowledge coupled with

ISO 9001

standards preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Hands-on experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and data analysis. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
