Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications throughout the production process. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and enhancing customer satisfaction through high-quality deliverables. Duties Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform quality audits to assess adherence to established procedures and standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and vision inspection systems, to evaluate product dimensions and characteristics. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
standards and FDA regulations throughout the manufacturing process. Assist in the fabrication of components as necessary while adhering to quality standards. Skills Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies. Familiarity with QA/QC practices and principles. Experience with
ISO 9001
standards and FDA regulations is highly desirable. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, such as calipers. Ability to conduct effective quality audits and inspections. Understanding of vision inspection systems for automated quality checks. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.
