Job Title:

Fabrication Machine Operator Job Description Do you have machine operating experience? Are you looking to start a career in an established metal fabrication shop? You will be working in a custom metal fabrication shop and operating various machinery to fabricate metal materials for customers. You will be responsible for setting up and operating various equipment including roll-forming equipment, CNC benders, shears, plasma tables, and more. You will be working from blueprints to ensure work is completed to specifications. Schedule 6:00AM to 4:00PM ; Monday - Thursday (4X10's) schedule Responsibilities Work from blueprints and builds plans to ensure projects are completed accurately. Learn operate various machinery including CNC lasers, bending machines, shears, saws, and roll forming presses Set up and adjust machine settings according to projects at hand Inspect finish projects visually as well as using micrometers and calipers Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the shop

Requirements:

1+ year of machine operating experience required Previous metal fabrication or wood working machinery operating experience preferred (hobby experience will be considered) Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is preferred Must be comfortable using power tools on a daily basis Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
