Production Support Associate Pay:
Starting at $17/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Oshkosh client's production team in a Final Inspection / Production Support role. This position is responsible for ensuring products meet company, customer, and industry quality standards through visual and functional inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed. Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on finished products to verify specifications and standards are met Inspect dimensions, appearance, finish, and electrical performance using gauges, magnification tools, and testing equipment Operate automated optical inspection equipment Identify product defects, determine root causes, and complete touch-ups or repairs when necessary Follow production and quality procedures accurately and efficiently Properly handle materials and maintain product integrity throughout the inspection process Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to purchasing Assist with preventive maintenance tasks on equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using decimals and fractions Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, and procedure manuals Basic blueprint reading knowledge preferred Basic computer proficiency Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Adaptable and dependable with a positive work ethic #IND7
