Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented 1st shift Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications through rigorous inspection and testing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to utilize precision measuring instruments effectively. Work Hours are M-F 7am-3pm, with a few Half-day Saturdays when needed (rare). Duties Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to perform accurate measurements. Implement quality audits Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or irregularities in products. Document inspection results and communicate findings Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or QA/QC roles within a manufacturing environment is preferred Proficient with precision measuring instruments and their application in quality inspections Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively Knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including experience with quality audits Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and have the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
