Job Description

The Quality Technician - 2 is a support and service role focused on implementing and sustaining quality. This position involves inspection and troubleshooting of all aspects of manufacturing related to product quality and performance. The team member will participate in problem-solving, statistical studies, and special quality projects to develop and implement improvements, as well as assist with problem resolution during new product introductions. Provide internal and external customer support in resolving quality issues. Assist with problem resolution during new product introductions. Design and execute statistical studies and special quality projects. Participate in preventative activities such as process documentation, machine capability studies, and defect data collection. Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including mandatory overtime as needed. Comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures. Rotate to other positions as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
