What Success Looks Like:

Apply engineering principles to support product design, development, and manufacturing operations Review and verify drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance Perform material testing (ASTM standards) and product inspections (incoming, in-process, and final) Conduct measurement system analysis (MSA), gage R&R, and process capability studies Analyze production data using SPC and drive improvements through Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, FMEA, 8D, 5-Why, DOE) Support new product launches and PPAP submissions, including inspection plans, test criteria, and validation activities Lead quality initiatives, including audits, supplier quality management, corrective actions, equipment calibration, and team training

What You Bring:

Two-year Associate Degree in quality assurance-related science and/or two years' experience as a QA Technician Proficient with measurement and test equipment (hand tools, gages, optical/electronic instruments, and inspection systems) Strong knowledge of quality principles, including audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement Ability to read and interpret blueprints and apply statistical quality control methods (e.g., control charts) Skilled in Microsoft Office and Minitab, with strong communication and teamwork abilities Detail-oriented problem solver with experience in production environments; safety training (Lockout/Tagout) and forklift certification a plus The salary range for this position is $45,600 - $68,400 per year w/ bonus potential Click the link below to learn more about what we do in our Rice Lake, WI facility.
