Quality Technician•Waukesha At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Technician to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Waukesha. This role is a vital part of the Quality Control team, ensuring that production activities meet strict safety and quality standards through chemical and physical testing. Shift Patterns 2nd
Shift:
1:00 PM•9:30 PM, Monday through Friday Pay Rates 20.00•22.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for
Quality Technician:
High school diploma or GED At least 18 years of age Minimum of 1 year of quality control experience in a high-speed food manufacturing environment Knowledge of manufacturing specifications and quality standards Familiarity with food safety guidelines, including HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, and allergen protocols Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred Desirable Skills for
Quality Technician:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagram-based instructions Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify irregularities and determine root causes Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively under pressure Role Responsibilities for
Quality Technician:
Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with established quality and safety limits Perform chemical and physical testing on products and packaging materials Conduct food safety inspections, including preoperational and sanitation audits Interface with production personnel to make necessary adjustments on the line Assist with calibration programs and customer complaint investigations Benefits for
