Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inspector Trainee to join our inspection team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in quality control and inspection within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within a company committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. Familiarity with calibration tools such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems is preferred. This paid position provides hands-on experience in quality systems, and data collection essential for a career in NDT inspection. Duties Assist in performing quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems Participate in routine inspections to ensure compliance Collect and analyze data related to product quality and manufacturing processes Help maintain calibration of measurement tools and precision instruments Support implementation of quality assurance procedures relevant standards Document inspection results accurately and prepare reports for review by senior NDT personnel Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality control and assurance Experience Prior experience or familiarity with quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems is advantageous Knowledge of industry standards; training will be provided Strong analysis skills with attention to detail for accurate data collection and interpretation Experience in manufacturing or quality control roles is beneficial but not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to learn Basic understanding of quality management principles and systems (QA/QC) is a plus This Inspector Trainee position offers a valuable pathway into the field of NDT inspection within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to precision, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
