Job Description

Full-Time or Part-Time Position Overview:
Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards for each assignment. Contribute to a safe, clean work environment and perform all tasks as required in the assigned department.
Essential Job Functions:
Produce specified product to required specifications using proper methods. Operate equipment safely and utilize methods to ensure safe operation. Inspect work to ensure that the machine is operating correctly, and that each product is made according to specifications. Adhere to company quality standards and procedures. Contact area manager as needed. Strive for perfect attendance. Ensure attendance points do not exceed those allowed in the attendance policy.
Non-Essential Job Functions:
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with leaders and peers. Maintain a positive outlook and a high level of enthusiasm. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Training:
Necessary training will be provided on the job.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Initiative Achievement Orientation Analytical Thinking Self Confidence Teamwork Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for duration of day and walk frequently.
Working Conditions:
Temperature-regulated plant environment and consistent background machine noise.
