Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Sewing Machine Operator - I, where your skills will bring high-quality shades to life! Responsibilities Set up and operate sewing machines with accuracy and efficiency, following detailed work instructions. Sew custom shades components together, ensuring proper stitching, alignment, and finishing touches. Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available. Follow safety protocols at all times to promote a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly to supervisors for quick resolution. Qualifications Experience or familiarity with shade construction and sewing techniques. Proficiency in operating sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality finished products. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team environment. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Basic understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation.
