Duties Assist with the preparation and cutting of leather materials using hand tools, CNC machines, and power tools to ensure precise dimensions. Support the sewing and assembly of leather products using sewing machines and hand tools, ensuring quality standards are met. Participate in the use of calipers, machining equipment, and millwork techniques to achieve accurate measurements and finishes. Help with warehouse organization, inventory management, heavy lifting, and material handling to maintain an efficient workspace. Contribute to the construction of leather goods by following detailed instructions for garment construction and assembly processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols when working with heavy machinery, power tools, or during fabrication tasks. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge or interest in machinery operation and maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Experience or familiarity with woodworking, machining, or fabrication processes is a plus. Basic understanding of sewing techniques or experience with sewing machines preferred. Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, calipers, CNC equipment, and other manufacturing machinery. Prior warehouse experience or construction background is advantageous but not required; eagerness to learn is essential. Excellent attention to detail for precise measurements and quality craftsmanship.
